OTO has been involved in the design and manufacturing of one of the most sophisticated welded tube applications. The project has focused on dimensional accuracy, surface quality, automation, and process control to fulfill the requirements of hydro-forming and automotive quality standards. Dimensional accuracy of as-welded tubes is close to cold-drawn tubes specifications ( ± 0.03mm, ± 0.0012 " in roundness).
