ERW tube mills achieve a very high technological level, thereby increasing the production speed and the product quality remarkably. After the cutting operation (by means of flying saw or shear cutoff) the following operations can be provided:
- Removal of inside bead;
- Picking up of test tube for quality tests;
- Tube end chamfering;
- Hydraulic testing;
- Packaging in hexagonal, square and rectangular bundles;
- Wrapping, strapping, weighing and labelling of bundles.
Our integrated and automated machines provide the above operations; reduced noise levels and high production output are achieved. |
