Finishing lines for ERW structural tube handle tubes with size 2 ² up to 24 ² and meet the requirements concerning changes in production in terms of output and bundle configuration. No manual adjustments by operators are required: the machinery is managed by a DataPack software designed by our technical staff. The following operations can be provided:

Removal of inside bead;
- Picking up of test tube for quality tests;
- Tube end chamfering;
- Hydraulic testing;
- Packaging in hexagonal, square and rectangular bundles;
- Wrapping, strapping, weighing and labelling of bundles.
The packaging machines installed in the packaging area are of the magnet type; they are fully automatic. In addition to automatic strapping stations, wire applying machines can also be installed.
